My problem is I Think 2 Much!

*Yawn* I just woke up from my lunch-time beauty nap. Feel a bit groggy now.I think i should sleep once or twice every week during lunch. Shiok la,sleeping after eating. Today I brought pizza for lunch-leftover from last night's dinner. Also had some garlic bread...hopefully my breath doesn't stink...hehehe

The Singapore Idols finals is happening this Wednesday. U know, I entered quite a number of contests and i still haven't won any tics to watch it live! Shit! Never mind, i'll just watch it from home.

The 2 contestants left:Taufik-the cool guy and Sylvester-the Ah Beng Rocker.

Taufik(The Talented One):
*Has a great voice.(Undeniable)
*Cute looking,cool guy.(Agreed)
*But a bit action-king.(Can't stand it)

Sylvester(The Popular One):
*Doesn't have a very strong voice.(Screwed up a few songs)
*Ah Beng rocker.(Cool!!)
*Very popular with girls esp young girls.(Biggest plus point)

Even though i like Sylvester's looks,i think Taufik would make a better Singapore Idol. But then Sylvester has the advantage of being popular with young girls who scream their lungs out for him. Even though i have a gut feeling that Sylvester might win,i hope that Singaporeans make a good choice and that is,of course,Taufik.

I better get back to work. My phone's been ringing non-stop with calls on Sec One posting. During lunch, i didn't pick up these calls and even lowered the ringer volume..cannot tahan la!!!

I went to watch 'Manmadhan'(tamil movie) with Kumar yesterday.Tat asshole didn't want to go on a weekend and so we had go for the 9 pm show. Asshole!! Me not gonna watch a Tamil movie on a work-day la. Feel tired after that....lucky today no work,could sleep..

The movie was good. The hero Simbhu's acting was much better than his previous movies. The songs were good too! So there is no more Tamil movies that I wanna watch for this year. Next year than see. As for English movies,next on the list would be the new 'Spongebob Squarepants' movie. Other than that,nothing else has caught my attention yet.

Something went on at my place this afternoon that i am itching to write about but then i'm gonna keep my mouth shut...u will find out soon.....hehehehehe!!!

The rest of the day was spent with watching TV. Kumar came over just now and we were fighting with each other for a while(play-play la!) and he carried me and threw me on the sofa and guess what, i rolled down onto the floor!!! I hurt my back...Ouch!! Kumar and my brother were laughing away!! Assholes!! Now my back and my butt hurts really bad!! Idiots,still laugh after i fell...but Kumar did help me onto the sofa and apologise... :)

I didn't go to Tekka,was too tired. Thanks to all those phone calls on Sec One Posting.....well,PSLE students have till Monday(29.11.2004) to submit their 6 choices of schools and thus the phone calls enquires....but lucky its only from school clerks and CSC....

A HQ staff who called and she asked me if she has the privilege of reserving the place at her first choice school since she is a civil servant working at MOE. Obviously my answer was no but after i hung up,i was like....Hey come on,this is Singapore where civil servants don't have any shitty kind of privileges that they can make use of!!! Like,medical coverage:Civil servants can only claim $10 out of private clinic bills and only a fraction of polyclinic bills are subsidised and the rest is deducted from your pay! Who said having a govt job was striking lottery...With retrenchments starting soon in the civil service,there's no job security. :(

But at the same time, i'm not saying that being in the civil service is shitty.There are some good things to mention too. Like,the 5-day work week and bonuses in March & July & December....shiok! :)

I have the sudden urge to rebond my hair becoz of my colleagues Radha,Mary and Eliza.They just rebonded their hair and are brain-washing me to do it too. I don't mind rebonding my hair. I did 3 years when i got my first pay at MOE but then the aftermath sucks!!! Even if your hair was not curly from the roots,your hair growing at the roots looks curly and fizzy, making it terribly unmanagable.Yucks!

Ceramic perm (hair is straight from the top and curly from the middle to end) looks nice too but then what's the point of point of doing it when you already have curly hair that looks almost the same? Hmmm....

The past two days had been quite hectic for me thanks to the release of the PSLE results yesterday.Had a lot of things to do. Been sleeping early-very tired!Yesterday i had to wake up at 5 am so that i could be at the Tiong Bahru Exams centre at 7 am to distribute the result slips to the Principals when they arrive at 8.30 am....taking the MRT at abt 6+am is much more peaceful...even got a place to sit....but then its very dark....

An incident happened in the MRT train yesterday morning....when the train was stopping at the Jurong East station, a Malay middle-aged woman got up assuming the train had stopped. But then the train jerkked and she fell. Two men who were sitting nearby helped her to get up and and made her sit for a while. An Indian nurse came from a next cabin and stood beside the Malay lady and asked her if she was fine and also held her hand while they were walking to the platform to board the East West bound train. Even in the train, the nurse stood beside the lady who was sitting down and made sure she was fine.This incident has increased my respect for nurses.

I have always thought that nursing was a divine job. Its a shitty job but then they do it willingly. Not all nurses are nice, some shout and show u faces but then the majority is nice. When i was in the hospital for my appendix operation, they sponged me, helped me change my clothings and really took good care of me till i left. And when my bro was in the hospital...he was an asshole, he started shouting at the nurses when he couldn't take the pain but then the nurses still attended to him and made sure he was well taken care of....Wow nurses are really great!!!

Finally Kumar brought me to temple yesterday in the evening.I was very tired but then i rather not miss the chance of visting the temple.Going to the temple always brings me peace.......

I can relax a bit today coz there's not much work to do. But then i'm getting a lot calls on Sec One,,hopefully the calls decrease....i don't wanna get tired today,wanna go to Tekka for threading after work. :)

The Incredibles was great!!! Went to watch it with my bro at West Mall just now. The movie was very funny and super cute....Hehehehe!!!I wanna get the VCD so that i can watch at home whenever i want.I'm also gonna get the 'The Incredibles' T-shirt being sold at Bossini. How i wish i had super powers too!!!! Ok ok, relax Kethrine, this is just a movie.....relax mike relax!!(A bit over already...sry!)

I actually wanted to go for the 9.30 show at Jurong Point but then how can i miss my favourite shows that start at 10 pm...so decided to watch a earlier show. Should go there and catch a movie soon....

Today was quite busy at work. Was calling up schools regarding Sec One repeat students. Tired la....talking to all those fussy Principals who try to find fault with everything we do and think that some of our procedures are reduntant and useless.Come on la, don't try to make only your lives easier.....sian!!

Anyway, today i conclude that GV's hotdog is the best. Eng Wah's hotdog sucks-the stupid counter gal put too much mustard on mine. Next time i got to West Mall to catch a movie, its just coke and maybe pop-corn if i feel like it...maybe i should change the theatre i go to. Been going to West Mall too much to catch movies.....

Its Sunday today and tomorrow gotto to go to work....oh well..feeling a bit lazy but then my work is not so bad so never mind la.

Today not so boring. Went to Kumar's place in the afternoon after mopping my house. Both of us had lunch together (KFC) and then we watched 'Gemini'(Tamil movie)together.

Then we came back to my place and had dinner and watched the 'Super Nanbargal(Friends) 04/05' show.Like that show-very funny!

Was actually surprised that the guy dropped me at home today and even left late just now. Felt happy though that he spent the evening with me without complaining.

I would say that today was a very nice day-the weather was very nice, there were nice programmes on the tv and my nice boyfriend was with me-NICE!!

Before Kumar left we took a few pics at the carpark. My bro took it for us. Should have taken one of him too, i forgot...hehehehe...

Came back a while ago from JB. Guess who i went with.......Kumar!!! He actually bought me to JB today but not without complaining when we were caught in the blady jam!! But i had a new experience,nvr been to JB in a motorbike before. Cool!!

I simply love spending money at JB. Altered 3 suits and gave 3 sarees to sew punjabi suits....Just to wear to work la....And i only spent RM195 which is S$97.50. Can u alter 3 suits and sew 3 suits for that amount in Singapore-never!!! I made a killing, so happy!! Have to go again next Saturday to collect them. I'll ask Kumar to bring me again but this time i wanna go at night. Hehehe-hopefully he agress. After what happened this morning, he would be a bit reluctant....hehehe!

Ok, me gotta to bathe and get ready to attend my cousin's baby's naming ceremony. Think abt this-I attended her wedding last December and now i'm attending her baby's naming ceremony...funny rite, not even a year...hehehehe!

So its Taufik versus Sylvester for the Singapore Idol grand finals. Hopefully Sylvester wins coz i can't stand Taufik...action too much la!!

Anyway i was on MC today. Was feeling a bit ok last night but then this morning i was feelin feverish and a bit of running nose and i couldn't wake up. Another reason why i couldn't wake up was i slept late. Coz yesterday night, my mum and my bro and i went to my old place at Jurong in my mum's friend's lorry. We wanted to bring back my old sofa. U see, my uncle bought the flat from us and now he wants to sell it and my mum thought of taking back the sofa. Its quite an antique piece-Its an Ancient Chinese marble sofa set. Quite good-hasn't broke at all after almost 14 years. My hall seems a bit crowded coz we didn't throw away our 3-seater leather sofa. But my home still looks good.

Did nothing today-slept a lot. Good rest-now my nose feels a bit better and i don't sound so bad as yesterday.

Ok, me gonna sleep now. I know its a bit too early for a Friday night but then i took my medicine and i feel sleepy.

I can't help wondering.....why Kumar is being nice to me? Not that he's not nice to me but then......

1.He came to my place on Monday without me asking him after just sleeping a few hours after clubbing the night before.

2.He also came to my house yesterday after work,just to watch TV and have dinner.

3.This morning, he called me and told me that he wants to bring me to watch 'Manmadan'(Tamil movie) today after work.But i only finish work at 6 and the 9 pm show is out of the question coz it finishes at midnight.So we decided to go on a weekend.

4.I want to go to JB this Saturday to alter some punjabi suits. And i asked Kumar if he would like to come along coz the last time when i asked him,he told me that he doesn't like to park his bike at JB-very dangerous.I tot of bringing my aunt along if he says no. And guess what he told me just now...'Ok can! We go this Saturday.'(This statement untrustable. Friday night he's sure to come home late and have difficulty waking up early next day...let's see la, i'm sure i'm not going JB with him....)

Ok,i just came back from Raagawood. Wasn't really planning to go there-it was a last minute thing. It's Minah's birthday today and we were supposed to go clubbing yesterday but then her boyfriend wanted to bring her out. We weren't planning to go today but since her boyfriend has gone out, she decided to go clubbing today and she dragged me along.

Went there with Jarry, Jarry's sister, his girlfriend and another guy Raja. Had a fucking great time!!!Please don't mind the bad language! Freaked out too much la!!!! Really i'm amazed at myself today!!I'm damn blady tired now!

And i had my first liquor today.Ok,i know i shouldn't have but i was just feeling naughty. Drank JD with coke. Has quite a number of glasses and tat's why i'm feeling a bit like lalalalala now!!!Was fine in the club but i started feeling tipsy in the car. Minah's boyfriend came to pick us up. I knew that if i stayed any longer in the car, i would have made a fool out of myself.

I don't think so i wanna go clubbing again on a Saturday. Met too many people today:

Ok, today was really a very relaxing day..Great!!

Didn't go out anywhere and nobody was at home.(Mum and bro had gone Deepavali visiting.) Had the whole day and the whole house to myself...Cool!

Woke up at about 10, bathed and swept the house.After that just watched TV and played The Sims. Tat's all. Then Kumar came over and we watched a movie VCD-Giri together.Shiok la!

Now i'm back to playing The Sims.

Deepavali was great! Went to Indra auntie's house in the morning, then to AMK and then to one of my granny's place at Bukit Panjang. Then Minah came over at night. She actually wanted to pass me my birthday present-very late rite!! Hehehe but then it was worth the wait. She gave me a big Pooh bear. Hehehe...even bigger than what Kumar gave me. :)

Well, Kumar's digital cam had some problems and so i could not snap any pics yesterday but then i did have a chanceto take a few pics at the houses i visited. Will post them once i get them. I will also post a pic of my new Pooh bear..hehehehe!

My mother bought home the cookies that she ordered. All the cookies so nice!!!! Been controlling myself from finished off half of the 4 tupperwares of cookies. Hehehe!

Now i'm feeling very tired. Did a lot of things after work. Today i was half-day. Came back and put up all the decorations..my mum told me to do it long time ago...i'm always a last minute bitch la! Hehehehe! Then wiped the windows and fans and mopped the house. Wow, tiring la. Just only finished everything. Gonna bathe and get the prayers stuff ready so that my mum can pray at midnight!

I think i might sleep straight after praying. I'm too tired to stay up and watch those movies on TV.

Hear this: When i was in the lift at MOE this morning, my head, Kok Kwang walked in. I was like 'Shit!'. Just gave him a goofy smile and said hi. He smiled back la, guess he is embarassed that he's late too. My head u know...late also...Here's the best part:I was walking to the toilet at about 9.30 and guess who was walking out of the lift-My boss Serene...And i thought only i had a punctuality problem....Basket...

Yesterday's shopping with Kumar was not that bad. He's a faster shopper than me. Got him something that he would not pick out himself. He dresses stylo la but then a new look is always nice.

I have decided about henna-gonna do it at the booth at Jurong West that my friend Sumitha was talkin about. Better la, Jurong nearer to my place, cheaper to take taxi also. Already called my dad and told him to eat out. Also told my mum not to cook! Hehehe!

I'm now debating on whether i should get my henna done at a shop or do it myself....really cracking my head over it. If i get it done at a shop,it will most probably be tomorrow after work and as always i got things to do at home unless my father doesn't mind heating his dinner himself and washing the dishes after dinner. Getting it done on Deepavali eve would be really stupid as it will be too crowded and i have things to do on that day(cleaning of course!)I really don't know what to do la...will think about it later..

Anyway i'm going to Queensway after work(again!)Kumar wants to do his Deepavali shopping.

Hiya, came back from AMK about half-an-hour ago. Tired but not sleepy...how like that...

Anyway went to JB on Saturday and i tell u it was shitty! Being there was not the shitty part,getting there was....Well, for the first time in my life, i walked from Singapore to JB. Something new but damn blady tiring especially with the sun grilling u!! Shitty!! Very shitty!!

But i had a good time, made a good killing! Should go to JB more often.Can save money..hehehe!!Did threading, waxing and nail-art.Even bought a Pooh bear mug for a bargain. Came back at about 7+ and headed to AMK.

Didn't really sleep well on Saturday. U see,my bro Kumar(he should be living in the North Pole)likes to sleep with the air-con on full blast. And i can't sleep when its too cold and i was like tossing and turning the whole night. There was not other place for me to sleep except the kitchen(no way!). No choice la!What to do....

We had our Deepavali prayers today and as always the food was fantastic!! Yummy!!! And i'm very happy today.....First coz Kumar came over just now for the prayers.Second...Kumar bought the same phone as me today!!! Great right!! Now we both have the same phone...cool!!! I simply love that asshole of mine!!! Sweet baby! Third,i gave Kumar the shirt i bought for him and he told me that he loves it. I told him to try it at home and the first thing he did when he went back, was to try that shirt on and he said it fits him just nice!! He said the shirt is great!!

After work, i went to Queensway. Bought a shirt for Kumar and my bro for Deepavali. Actually Kumar and i are supposed to go Deepavali shopping for Kumar next week but then i decided to buy one for him by myself first. He didn't know till i told him yesterday after i bought it! He was like,"Why u buy! Aiyah!"....hehehe. This is my first shirt for him. Hopefully he likes it. Hopefully.....

Don't know when to pass it to him. Maybe later or maybe next week...hmmm...ok, i have to go now....(yawn....sigh)

Help! Help! Someone help me!!!

U gotta stop me from eating chocolates!!! I just finished a packet of 'TimeOut Chocettes!!! Had 2 pieces of Toberlone in the afternoon!!! Had 5 pieces of dairy milk chocolate yesterday!!! Cannot eat chocolate anymore...Deepavali and pimples don't mix together!!!

Ok ok, i better relax now..calm now...Ok, this will be my last chocolate till Deepavali.Better be disciplined!! :(

Kumar came over for dinner yesterday and today. Wonder what's gotten over him...hmmm...maybe my dear boyfriend just misses me a lot!! So sweet!!Hehe!Lucky he didn't notice the new small pimples on my face. Sure kena scolding...Heng!

Anyway today is Thursday which means tomorrow is Friday and then no work on Saturday!!!! So happy i!!! Hehehehehe!! Know what,i'm now helping out with the Sec One team. Finally i have some work to do. Also learning some new things.Funny rite,when i was at CSC,i was searching for some free time and now at PPS,i'm searching for some work! Wierd!

And ya, i slept during lunch today. The weather was hot and so i bought food from the cafeteria.The chicken rice sucks! Yucks!! Never ever gonna buy chicken rice from there again! After eating, took out my pillow(yes,i keep one in the office,a small one though..) and dozed off! Shiok la!! ;)

Ok, me gonna head to dreamland. Been straining my brain too much today while doing some checking. Must let my brain rest now!!! Sleep baby!!

I'm pissed, mega pissed! Why?

1.Kumar-not gonna elaborate..will make me even more pissed,might die young of high blood pressure.Asshole!!!

2.Two new pimples on my face-see la,cannot control my mouth from eating chocolate right..now suffer loh! Its painful and itchy!!!Cannot scratch...Aargh!!!!!!!!

3.Menses-no explanation needed! Aargh!!!!!!!

-Remove my current nail polish colour and repaint my nails, including toes.
-Watch Charmed(if boring, hit PC earlier)
-Hit PC(Surf and play 'The Sims')

I've got a new digital camera...ok ok....it's not actually new and its not exactly mine.....its Kumar's digital cam. But to me its new as i don't have a digital cam. Got it from him since he is not using it. At least i can use it. He also gave me some CDs of pics taken in East Timor when he went there for a 'Peacekeeping Mission'.

Yes,Kumar came for lunch. So sweet rite! Finally my boyfriend has the brain to meet me for lunch when he is on off without me asking him. Good!

If case u are wondering what i am doing in front of my PC now instead of watching 'True Files'. Well, the advertisement was kinda scary and i'm sleeping alone in my room u see..so i'll just skip it tonight. But i won't miss my fav ANTM(America's Next Top Model).

Didn't have the time to browse thru the CDs. Will do them tomorrow.

Anyway today was my last tuition lesson with Nina. Let's see if the mum wants me to teach her next year. So,i gotta start looking for another one soon!
