Shamala's wedding with an Ang-Moh
Well,its Saturday. Didn't go to work today. Took MC. Tot abt the long weekend and i decided to take MC. Hehehehe! Naughty ah i!!
Well, yesterday Friday was my half-day off. Went to Tekka to do my threading and then went to Citylink Mall to buy a Motorola phone that i tot was cute but then there was no stock-shit!!
Then was supposed to go class today but it was cancelled. Well, gotta start studying soon.
Today spent my morning mopping the house and washing the bathrooms. Accompanied Vanitha to Lot 1 since she wanted to buy colour lenses. Then we decided that we are going to dye our hair tomorrow.
Today was one of our friend's wedding. She is an Indian and she married an Ang Moh. They had a traditional Indian wedding. Tomorrow is their wedding dinner at Ritz Carlton Hotel. So good. But the ang-moh looks a bit old and he is 10 years older than her and she is my age. Well, fate decides. And then i and my mum came back in the cab with her friend and my mum told her friend to look for a groom for me. How naughty of my mother!! She wants to marry me off asap.
Well, i tot abt it and i think its ok marrying the guy my mother chooses. I am not in the mood to find a boy on my own.I actually am lazy to do that! Life is so unpredictable. When you think this thing will happen, something else happens.

Ok, me gonna sleep. Feelin tired!
Anyway i failed my BTT-received the results today. I expected this la even though i was hoping otherwise! Guess i have to try it again.

Its raining, its pouring!
Its Thursday!!
Nearer to the weekend. Well today was nothing special. Been raining the whole day!! Nice weather but it was quite cold though!
My office PC almost made me reach for a hammer today. The blady thing kept hanging and the Word document was not responding and getting on my nerves. Thanks to it, i was not able to do a few things. My job sucks! That's all i can say!Wanted to submit my transfer application but Elsie was busy. So i guess i'll give it to her tomorrow.
Then after work, went to Giant at IMM. Bought the plastic kind of drawers. Quite cheap-$28.90. I wanted to arrange the things but i was too tired. Since i am on half-day off tomorrow, i'll do it tomorrow. Man i'm tired! Feel very lethargic! I think i need more sleep.
Well, i bought a skirt yesterday for $20 A bright coloured shiny skirt.Somebody plese slap me!!! I'm spending a lot of money.
I think i wanna paint my room red or light maroon-aiyah some red tone. I'm really into red and maroon tones. Have a lot of things that are in that tone. Even my hair is highlighted in red. Hehehehe!! Talkin about highlighting my hair, i think i wanna hightlight my hair again. Maybe a more redder tone and a bit of light brown to go with it. See how lah!
Ok, me gonna wash the honey on my face Read on the web yesterday that Manuka honey can be put on the face everyday. So i'm gonna be on the ball and take care of my face and look great!!! Hehehehe!! I don't wanna be a vain-pot...so must know my limit. Hehehehehe!!

Flea Market at MOE
Hey, its Wednesday-nearer to weekend!!
Today took a cab to work. Thanks to the barang barang that i wanted to sell. And i only reached on time. I think i need wake up earlier. Can't afford to go to work late everyday.
Well, work went as usual. Had the Flea Mart today and i managed to sell 3 bags, a watch and a jewellery box. I made more than what i spent on the taxi ride i took in the morning-good!!
Then did my usual shit and after work went to the hairdresser and trimmed my hair-finally. I think i wanna highlight my hair again, to a more redder tone. I highlighted my hair last October with a light red tone and small streaks. Maybe i'll do it near my cousin's brother wedding.
Then came back and of course i didn't study-i don't know what to study. I'll wait till Friday.
Interesting news:
A woman called regarding a beauty pageant at an Indian pub-Club 6. And she asked me to join it. My friend Rekha is wrkin there and i guess she might have given the number so i msged her to check and it was her! I thought about it- my face so many pimples-can join meh? She said 'Sure can!' So i'll trust her words and enter. It has been 4 years since i did these kinds of pageants. My first was 'Miss India Singapore 2000' and i got to the semi-finals.
Another piece of news:
My friend Aminah msged me if i wanna go VIP (its an Indian pub) this saturday. Sadly, my friend's wedding is on that day. Aiyah-how? See how manybe i can go after the wedding but knowing my 'malas' attitude- i think i won't go!! Hehehehe!
Ok, me gonna read on the benefits of honey on the web before i start applying it on my face.
Wanted to watch the American Idol but i finished my dish-washing late. Never mind i can always see it next week.

Maths Again!!!! Doin my self-study
Just another day at work!
Well, today was just another day. Went to work 5 minutes late and there Elsie was when i was signing in.
Now Felica (another colleague of mine)is taking over Admin and she is re-vamping a lot of things and i have so many things to do. Now Elsie also wants me redo the ISO documents for the Admin procedures. Why? Why? Why? God, please approve my transfer application. I have decided that i cannot go to any other ministry or stat board if i wanna apply to be a teacher after i finish my A levels which i plan to take next year. I hope that i can pass my Maths this year.
Clara's fiance, Jude Xavier (cool name huh!!) came for lunch and i can see that they are like totally in love with each other. So lovey-dovey!!!
Then went to Eddington School after work to register for the classes for O level Maths. Mamamia, I really badly need to study hard if i wanna pass. Kethrine you better buck up!!!
Then bought a water bottle at 77th Street for $9.90-me spending money again. Terrible man i!!!
Anyway at my building, we have a club on the 5th floor. And everyday there are some vendors selling some stuff there-all kinds of stuff. Today was Honey and gift items. And i bought a cute-looking Rag Doll and 2 small bottles of honey. The woman said that if i apply honey on my face once a week, its good for the skin.With the amount of pimples and acne on my face, i think i should start doing something about my face-it sucks big time!!!
And continuing about the club and sales, they have a Staff Flea Mart every last wednesday of the month and this month, a few of my colleagues decide to put up a stall and sell some stuff and i came back today and looked through all my stuff and packed a few things to sell. I wanted to sell a few of my many soft toys but they looked too cute to be separated from me. Hope i make some money tomorrow. Me pretty excited about the sale.
Well,after everything was done, i sat down to study and boy i tell, i have a tough time coming ahead!!! I was reading on the first chapter-Arithmetic and i was already going blur like shit!!!! There are so many things for me to learn back on. I think i'll wait for the class to start this Friday and then see how it goes. Actually i already missed a few lessons-about 3/4. I think i might need to get the teacher to teach me the topics i missed so that i can check up with them. Hope my classmates and teacher is good and great to mix with.
Success comes before Work only in the dictionary!-i think this is how the saying goes...so i gotta keep this in mind and study hard!!! Good luck to me!!

Bad Monday Blues!!!
Monday blues!!!
Its Monday and i had to start off quite bad. Woke up at 7.20 am-the time i am supposed to leave for work. Rushed to bathe and get ready, almost didn't want to go to work but what the heck. Wanted to take a cab but my mum wanted me to pass her the umbrella at the interchange as it was raining so i took the mrt not bothering about whether i was late or not.Reached the office at 8.25 am(10 minutes late)and Elsie was at her desk when i signed in. Shit!!! Hate her!!!!
I almost had a piece of good news. A guy from CIAS called me askin me to come for an interview for the position i applied for-Passenger Services Assistant. Told him i'll call him back-but i didn't. Thought abt it-too far for me to travel and its shift job. Won't have the comfort of having Sunday offs.Never mind-there'll always be a right job for me.
Here's another piece of good news-My 'bear bear' called my from New Zealand. Well, he is actually my cousin brother's friend. He got posted to my bro's unit in the army early last year and became good friends and he spends most of the time at my bro's place. He's married but i think he has some problems with his wife. He's always at my brother's place. Whenever i was there he was there and we had a great time together. He's very nice to be with. Cute and cool! And we msg each other and whenever he rents a car, he always gives me a ride. I call him Bear Bear and he calls me pig. Hehehehe! He's in NZ now because Army sent him for training. And i feel so happy that he called me from there and asked me what i want. That cheered me up a bit. I was a bit bored without him. Anyway he told me tat he'll be back around end Feb. Yipee!!
Workwise, was quite busy today-tried to re-organised the Temp Staff issues( I'm handling the temp staff issues for my dept) and i almost got a headache. My colleague Delphi passed the duties to me and her filing sucks! Aiyoh!!!
Then went to Popular at West Mall to buy assessment books to study for Maths.Aiyoh spent abt 1/2 hour choosing the rite book and bought two kinds. Both topical.Hope to study well. Must not be lazy.Really need to study hard.
Today is some holiday in India. So there are playin one of my favourite Tamil movie on Sun Tv. Was watching it and came to fill in the details during the news.

A Movie Marathon at home
Well, it was another same old boring Sunday. The only difference was i didn't mop the house and wash the bathrooms coz i just did it on CNY together with my dad.
Then went to shop to buy some groceries, then thought of cutting my hair or actually trimming it but the shops were closed.
Then came back and watched tv with doing my normal house work in between.
Well, i almost had a movie marathon at home today. They played "The Powerpuff Girls" on HBO at 630 but i watched only the last 1 hour or so as i had to go to shop to buy beer for my dad. Then they played the movie i was waiting to see-"Spiderman". I had already watched it in the theatre but nice to see again. In between washed the dishes after my papa has dinner.Then watched "Eight Legged Freaks" and just came into the room.
U know i am debating on whether to cut my hair or just trim it.
Well,lets see how. Ok, gotta go!

Back to work today! Saw no point in going to work today-just spent time doing the important stuff and then talking cork!! Hehehe!!
After that went to Ban uncle's house near my old place-jurong.He's one of my uncle's friends. Nice house-looks fine.
Then came back and then felt very bored.So i brought my bro to West Mall to watch 'Peter Pan'.It was a movie-very enjoyable. Nice to see. Like it.They showed the trailer for the a new Ediie Murphy movie-The Haunted Mansion-i think i wanna see it when its out. Saw that Shrek 2 and Spiderman 2 are coming out soon-must see!
Today evening was really boring-mother wasn't around because she went to work and papa was not at home and there was nothing interesting to see on tv also so that's why i had to get out.Actually my plan was to go to Popular at West Mall to buy an assesment book but i didn't have enough time to browse around for a good book. So i just bought a Sean Paul cd and left Popular.I'm listening to it now. Sean Paul is a good singer. Like him!I think i wanna buy Black Eye Peas cd next week. Like their songs.
Tomorrow evening would not be so boring coz they are showing Spiderman on HBO Wanna stay at home to watch it.

Me at my uncle's place now. Just installed the singtel dialer for the internet for him and created an e-mail account for him.
Well, yesterday spent the whole day mopping and scrubing the kitchen with my papa since he was on off.
Then went for the Vikram at nite and it was cool and great. Man he's hot even at 43. He's the man!! He rocks!!! Came back at abt 1.30 am and was too tired to type anything.
Two days of holiday will be over soon and tomorrow i'll be off to work. Boring!!! I wonder how my fish is. Is he dead? Haven't fed him for two days...must see him tomorrow.
I simply love my new sweater. Wore it yesterday and am wearing it now also. Its great and cool!!!!

The internet at my home pc is working.Yipee!! I got the connections rite and it's workin great. Yippee!!!
Ok, today was half-day. Was supposed to watch Movie with Clara and company but it got cancelled at the last minute. Then we went to 77th Street at Lot 1 to get that sweater i was eyeing for some time. It looks fucky on me. I'll wear tat to the vickram show tomorrow.
Then came back and my mum was shouting about something and i went to sleep and only woke up after she left.On purpose-hehe me very naughty. And she wasn't happy about that. Called me from her workplace and screwed me on the phone. Whatever!!!!!
Me created an e-mail account for my younger brother. He's getting bigger and older. Kids, growing up so fast and i bet he has a girlfriend. You know la, once you go secondary school, sure got girlfriend one. Hehehe!! He's handsome sure can kena girls.
Ok, me gonna wear henna-its been a long time since i wore it abt 3-4 months. Gonna sleep after that. Not enough beauty sleep for me. Need to wake up early and buy breakfast for the family.

Ok,yesterday nite went for my BTT and i think i might pass as i knew the answers for most of the questions. Hope to pass. Nothin else much happened. Nothing interesting enough. Wanted to buy an assessment book to study for Maths but the stupid Popular in CCK(the one at the HDB centre) was quite untidy and the salesperson there was not so helpful either. Don't want to go there anymore.
Guess what one of my albums is missing!! So shit-i must find it asap. I was trying to arrange my pics in the new album i bought during lunch yesterday. Trying to organise my photos.
And on my way back from BTT, bought 4 Yakult packets from a woman in a bicycle to get a free water-bottle. How auntie can i be!!! Hahahaha!!
Was supposed to watch Kovil(Tamil movie) with Clara and her future sis-in-law, Rachel but its cancelled. She just told me. How sad!! Shall i watch a movie with someone else? Must think abt it..
Me applied for a job at CPIB-CSO position. I really wanna a change of job and higher pay but i feel sad when i think about leaving everyone here-been with them for so long.
And ya-my sec and ITE friend-Md Fauzi sent me a msg through Friendster. He's a great guy, a great artist! This Friendster is great place to meet old friends.
Ok, gotta go. Will be back on Saturday to fill in on the details. (i should get my home pc fixed quick!!)

Rain Drops keep fallin on my head-what a Rainy Day!
Well, another day passes through and back to work again.
Me bought a fish durin lunch yesterday-red fighting fish. Wanted to keep it at home but ended up keeping it in the office. Better-my room got no place.
Then went to Tekka at nite-wit Vanitha. Me going for the Vikram's show on CNY. Vikram is now Tamil cinema's top hero.He's comin to S'pore for a big show. Gonna see that. Yeah!!! Clara and Angie are also tagging along with Devi and her friend. Went home late but luckily my pa didn't make any noise-guess he's understanding that i'm growing up but still i need to keep within my limits. But as usual my mum made some noise. She never changes la.
Well, i didn't study for my BTT tonite. Heck-i know i am going to fail it. See how la. Me and my lazy brain.
My hair's getting on my nerves-gonna cut it soon. Made me late today.
Hope to do well in my BTT tonite-which is impossible-hahahahahaha!!!!

The Boring Weekend That wasted my Sat Off Day!
Hello!
Back to work and life sucks!! The weekend was not so great. Friday nite-went for dinner with Osman-he's my clinging on ex-bf, at Pizza Hut. Saw a nice jacket at Giordano-gonna buy soon. Looks cool! Then went home. Sat was my off day but it was burnt by accompanying my younger bro to his citizenship ceremony and then going to Starhub to get his SIM card at Plaza Singapore. There went my off day doing chores for my family. Sunday was not that great either-like every Sunday, i mopped the house and washed the toilets. My life sucks!
A little inside on my relationships. Well, after a 3 years plus relationship, i broke it off with Osman thanks to the constant problems from both parents. But he doesn't want to understand it so he's still clinging on.It should hit him soon la tat he's a pest-hopefully! After that i had a short relationship with Bala-a cute looking guy but he broke it. It didn't work out and so it was over. Then met this Army boy with a bike. We went on for abt a month or so and then its over. No chemistry i think! Anyway I think i might be spending Valentine's Day alone. How pathetic!!
Back to work on Monday-didn't i say this just now-never mind. Anyway i'm wearing my new coloured lens and i think it looks scary but others said its nice so what the heck!

Pongal-Harvest Festival
Good Morning!
2nd day of diary writing. For now i can only update at the office coz the pc at home is dying. Have to fix it soon.
Yesterday was Pongal-Harvest Festival. Wore a green punjabi suit to work that looked great on me. Just that the pants was too tight and it tore at the middle. Luckily my top was long. Hehe!! Work was usual. Sucky!! Got a lecture from Elsie on my phone usage. She's a bitch!! Why should i be under her!!!I hate her!! I hate her!! Bitch!!! Ok, enough of her. Spoiling my mood!!
But hey something great happened today. Got a new monitor. Actually old one. Just changed my small 15" monitor to a 21" monitor. Just took Winnie's monitor since she has got a new one. She's a cute colleague. Re-organised my table and it looks great! Kethrine you are a genius!! Ok ok too much self-praise. Then Clara's new bf came for lunch-kinda of fiance since they are so on to marrying each other. I'm happy for her! He's a ok guy. She likes him so i wish all the best for her. Anyway Clara's the only other Indian gal working here. And kinda of my good friend here. Nice gal and she's a bit like me.
Well, after work, went to check out that Eddington Private School to study. Wanna re-take my 'O' level Maths. So scared!!! How the hell am i gonna study!!!! Me so scared!!! Its been 6 years since i studies Maths, not counting the simple calculation at work. That itself makes me blur at times. Aiyoh so difficult!!
After that went to temple with Vanitha. Man, i am getting very pious. Almost going to temple every week. I like that. Gives me a peace of mind. Hehe!! But hey i'm still bad girl Kethrine!! Hehe!! Went to This Fashion ard the area and ended buying more clothes. Oh my god!!!Someone stop me from spending money on clothes!! Please!! I'm spending my money like nobody's business!! I really need to stop spending money.
Went back and slept like a old hag-coughing the night away.
This morning i saw an ad in the papers for a job at STB-gonna apply for that. Can't work under Elsie forever. I think i'll die from stress!!!
Ok, i think its time for me to start slogging again. Elsie's not in yet. Wonder where that bitch went??

The Beginning
Hello diary!
Well, after a gap of abt 6-7 years later, i am now starting my diary writing practice again. I think this is better than a hard-copy one! Safer actually! Hope to continue it.
Life hasn't been very wonderful for me all these while but its still not the worst. Still can tahan and slog on. I have matured a lot from wat i was to wat i am now. Am surprised at myself. Is this me? Am i the person i used to be? How did i end up like tis? I hope that thru pouring my thoughts into this diary, i can lessen the burden in my life or at least feel happy tat i have some channel to relive my stress.
Ok, i'll be back. Have to start working now.
